OUTSIDE
Take your workout to the great outdoors! Jen is available for one-on-one personal training and custom workouts year round in the Sea to Sky corridor. Ranging from strength training in the park to a trail run, outdoor circuit conditioning to hill repeats on the bike, Jen will put the intensity in the workout and keep you working to your full capacity. Prepare to be challenged and inspired.

Take Advantage: As a professional endurance athlete, Jen know’s how to push the body and make fitness improvements. If you are wanting to experience a true Jen Wilderness Workout that will be a challenge yet do-able, just let Jen know! She currently works with a wide range of people, using the great outdoors as their training playground.  Ex – snowshoe running, Chief hikes, trail runs with core conditioning and SUP - stand up paddleboard conditioning!

INSIDE
Personal training packages are available in Whistler, Squamish and as far south as Vancouver. Either at home, outside or at the gym of your choice, Jen will structure your new training program around the equipment you have available to use.

Note: Jen's next intake for 1 on 1 training is May, 2010. Please contact Jen to reserve a space and
discuss your goals!  Together we will develop a package just for you.

RATES & PACKAGES
$50 Initial Consultation (basic fitness analysis & goal setting)
$75 for 1.5hr session (1 on 1)
$140 (for group training outside up to 4 people)
