ABOUT:  42km RUN or WALK 

Don't delay in setting your goals for 2010 and don't delay with training. Jen is offering training packages to get you ready for this adventure: 

Honolulu Marathon Training Program includes:

4 or 6 months individualized program to follow
 - day by day, month by month plan in Training Peaks
Sport specific strength training program
Constant revision & analysis of training log
Assistance with nutrition for training & racing
25% discount at any regular conditioning classes offered by Jen in Squamish
50% discount at 2 day fall RUNNING CAMP in Squamish (date YTBD) 
 - register for only $100 instead of $200 (minimum of 4 people needed)

Price:
$799/person CND for 4 months (starts August 12th) 
$1100/person CND for 6 months (starts June 12th) 
 
Note: 
Clients must register for the race in order to get this price
50% of payment is due at time of sign up to begin training program
