Do you have some lofty goals but are in need of a training program to follow to get you ready? After much demand and many requests, Jen has put together some training programs to prepare athletes for various events and challenges. These training programs will take you through your monthly and weekly workouts and will have you ready to toe the line come race day. This is an affordable way to train smartly, build properly and get results without having daily contact and ongoing coaching from Jen. You will have your own account at Training Peaks and your program will be there, ready for you to follow. Use your account to log your workouts, record your nutrition and track your progress.
