Do you have some lofty goals but are in need of a training program to follow to get you ready?  After much demand and many requests, Jen has put together some training programs to prepare athletes for various events and challenges.  These training programs will take you through your monthly and weekly workouts and will have you ready to toe the line come race day. This is an affordable way to train smartly, build properly and get results without having daily contact and ongoing coaching from Jen.  You will have your own account at Training Peaks and your program will be there, ready for you to follow.  Use your account to log your workouts, record your nutrition and track your progress.  To get started.....select your race and choose your program, it's time to train for success!

If you are just looking for some structure to your training so you learn how to train progressively, safely and maximize your workouts, Jen can help. Have you got several races on the calendar and you are unsure of how to piece htem all together? Through a detailed periodized plan, Jen will take your races & events and create a 4 month plan at a time to guide you.  Depending on where you are currently at, Jen's program can provide direction through your base building weeks, building blocks, peaks or transition times. By looking at your strengths & weaknesses as an athlete, Jen will help with the "when's" and "how's" of how to improve speed, muscular endurance, speed and power.

Marathon Programs for ALL levels of runners are available for desired finish times. Just ask Jen.  If you are thinking of the
Honolulu Marathon for 2010, receive an additional 20% off of your marathon training plan. 

 

Each Program Includes:
An individualized online training account and log at TrainingPeaks
1 monthly email with Jen to discuss any questions or get a bit of extra help
The ability to view the entire program from start to finish, giving you a complete overview of your training until race day. 
Daily emails reminding you of the day's email.
