What to Expect
Your Home for the Week
Stay oceanfront at the Kingfisher Oceanside Resort & Spa, where shared accommodations offer comfort and connection just steps from the sea. After big days on the trail, relax in the hydrotherapy pools, steam rooms, and tranquil spa spaces — the perfect environment to recover, reset, reflect and bond with like minded women.
On-Trail Training & Coaching
Spend four powerful days on the trails enhancing your technical skills and effort-based training through real-time coaching. Learn trail-specific techniques such as climbing, descending, pacing, using poles, foot care, gear selection, and managing efforts over varied terrain. A special night training session will help you build confidence and expand your comfort zone.
Carefully chosen trails and routes to train on have been carefully selected. An ocean adventure to nearby trails adds a touch of exploration and wonder to your training journey, showcasing the true spirit of the island. Don’t forget to bring your ruck/weight vest as we will be putting these to use!
