Jen Segger, international elite endurance athlete and long time coach, is at the helm of all coached programs. For over 20 years, Jen has been working with athletes of all levels in Canada, throughout the United States and around the world. She embraces people of all backgrounds, fitness levels and time constraints. Jen’s athletes range from elite ultra marathoners to Mt. Everest climbers to the first time adventure racer. She has the knowledge and experience to take anyone who is committed to training from zero to a 6 day staged running race, completion at a local mountain bike race or setting a new personal best at a 100miler. Jen challenges each person to dream big and wipe away any limits they may have placed on themselves.

2025 ROSTER UPDATE: Jen is now booking for new starts beginning in JULY, 2025 Reach out to reserve your start date for Summer 2025 and beyond. Due a high demand rate, booking well in advance is recommended.

  7. Females: specific protocols (nutrition, racing, menstruation) to support training, metrics tracking, to work with unique hormone cycle
  8. No Start Up Fees!

$325/month Canadian + tax
4 month minimum commitment.
Prices are billed in Canadian funds but will appear on your credit card in the currency of your card.

Programming & Sport Nutrition

Assistance with your daily nutrition AND sport specific fueling. Address caloric needs, GI issues and fueling for performance. Take the guess work out and dial it in with this package.

  4. Custom training schedules posted in 4 week blocks and designed for your life, time allowances and (for females) the hormone cycle.
  5. Constant and ongoing program revisions to training schedule and season calendar
  6. Females: specific protocols (nutrition, racing, menstruation) to support training, metrics tracking to work with unique hormone cycle
  7. Three months of focused nutrition work with Performance Nutritionist Jillian Mooney including:
    • Complimentary pre-consult chat to determine goals and agree on the best way forward
    • Assessment of current nutritional status and nutrition, fuel and recovery habits using simple tools supplied by Jill
    • In depth consultation via video link, 60-80 mins
    • Within 3-days of consultation, delivery of  your personalized general nutrition plan, your personalized fueling plan and your personalized recovery protocol
    • Unlimited access to Jill for real-time questions, answers and support throughout the 3-month package via instant messaging.
    • Additional video consults as requested by client
    • Consistent refining of daily nutrition plan, training plan and recovery protocols. Please note, this is dependent on the quality of client feedback and observation. Jill encourages maintaining close contact during the initial month as the first round of changes take place.

No start up fees
*3 month minimum commitment.  After your 3 months and nutrition is on point, it is recommended that you drop down to a Level A package
* Add on a sport specific strength program for $50/month
