HOME PROVINCE/STATE and COUNTRY:
White Rock, BC, Canada
NUMBER OF YEARS DOING YOUR SPORT:
I was a road runner for 13 years, then found trail running 3 years ago and I haven’t looked back!
Your main 2018-2019 challenge is:
To run a faster 50km trail race, and participate in as many fun running adventures as possible.
2017 WAS AWESOME BECAUSE:
I challenged myself and really got out of my comfort zone. I went to Chile with an inspirational group of ladies, and ran my first 50 miler in the Atacama Desert in memory of Mary Betts. I completed my first multi day fastpacking trip, running hut to hut with RUNBC3, and solidified my love for this sport, and those that I share the trails with.
YOU ARE MOST PROUD OF:
My two teenage boys – Ben and Austin.
#1 tip for success:
If it scares you, or you think you can’t do it….go for it because you can!!
